In human towns, on top of the walls on the buildings, there are constructed floors on top of the walls, allowing the player to deconstruct a lot of floors, getting free logs.

Not a bug. The buildings are supposed to have a roof.

The bug is that the humans don't care.  And that's already well-documented.   :)
