Those elves and thier silly names!

So, in my newest world, the elves have a retreat called Awialino, and it's in the Forest of Execution, is this saying something?

Yes.  It's saying "I will. I know."  An ancient elven motto usually preceding them sending one of their rarely produced badasses to mop the floor with your legendary artifact wielding dwarves.  That they have a whole settlement named that... bodes ill.

They do have some stupid names. Like "Hide Apebalded" what sort of stupid name is that???

My dwarf-fu translates that to Bowels (interior) Dawn? Within Dawn?

This man is completely correct. I've experienced it, and it's not pretty.... Legendary speardwarf with artifact armor and adamantine spear gets stabbed in the throat by some elf spearmaster with upwards of fifty kills to his name.

Do not underestimate the tree-lovers.
