Laziest Dwaves ever

I had a embark on the side of a mountain.  It was a good fort, and there was magma I was starting to harness. Theres only one problem. My masons and Carpenters WON'T DO ANYTHING! They just sit around not doing anything and wasting booze. My miners, engraver and farmer are the only ones who do anything! Even more, I had the engraver turn on the Masonry labor, now HE just sits around and does nothing. How do I get these stupid dwarves to do anything?!

I have a job for dwarves called Aristocrat, that has all labors turned off. They ONLY party and make merry and breed, which is the life calling of the upper class dwarves. It's about 25% of my fort.
