A quick question...

Does the mortar and pestle you find actually do anything, or is it just an expensive toy, like the earrings?

I also found a ladle, and a cleaver(amongst various other weapons). One time i found 2 nickel cages.

The cooking tools and cauldrons full of [your species here] fat are just there to make night creatures look more nasty, I believe. (Except, of course, the knives.)
