well I know what it says. I went there. it's impenetrable! just a fortress!

A human fort, it you drop down you should be able to enter it and interact with the people inside. Similar to camps and such you can't travel through them now, just to the edge and walk in.

Of course some ARE impenetrable, just reached one and there was no entrance at all despite there being folks inside (could see messages of them waking up)

Its normal in the latest version.
The 8 is usually the door.

I'd suggest saving it as a .png instead of a .bmp, though.
