A Small Contribution to Dwarven Computer Science

I have created, after a few hours of doodling, inverse logic gates. They take 1 input and make 2 outputs:

Any ideas for how I could use these?

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

streamlined execution of traps etc. that need more than one trigger? (IE: closing off access to magma chamber and releasing a flow of water for an obsidian creator)
