BEWARE A GIANT FLAT WORM HAS COME BEWARE ITS DEADLY SPITTLE

And proceeds to get stuck in my plumming.  ??? Kinda dissapointing, I was hoping to put my automated cleaning pit to use. Now if it twitches wrong all of my wounded and anyone who drinks from the well gets who-knows-what kind of gut rot.

Haha, time to make a new well. Better brick it up just in case he can fly.

I can imagine dwarves dying of massive flatworm infestations. And then I can imagine the other dwarves, oblivious to the concept of contamination, happily run to eat some food right after dumping a dead body full of baby flatworms

Just grossed myself out a bit =\

The funniest (?) part is that my well connects to my massive drowning chamber, so I opened that up hoping the warm would come out. Nope he is conent to sit in there and poison my dwarves slowly. That dastardly devil.

Urist McDwarf cancels drink: giving birth to flat worm spawn.
(Insert picture of alien chestburster thingy here)

So your source of drinking connects to a chamber that is specifically designed to fill with dead people? In a version where contaminated water can cause instant necrosis of the eyes/brains/pancreas?
You sir, are my new God, command me as you will.

As for the giant worm, you do know you have to throw dwarves at him to try to lure him up and find a way to weaponise him dont you? For !!SCIENCE!!

My thoughts when I first built it went something along the lines of "If my dwarves ever have to drink water than the poor sods might as well drink water with the blood of their enemies in it." The adition of necrosis, is merely a bonus, for if they survive then I know they are worth to take upon the Fun that lies beneath their feet.
