The Hill Titan Durad Razotaknun has come!
« on: November 30, 2010, 08:13:35 pm »

A towering blob composed of water.  It has a round shell and a regal bearing.  Beware its webs!

...so my first titan is made of water.

One of the easiest substances to destroy.

And he only has two body parts, body and shell, and either kills him if it gets severed.

A little bit disappointing I guess, but at least one of my dwarves is probably gonna get a title.

[Edit]
My bad!  A dwarf severed the shell on their first attack against the titan and it was still alive.

Q: What do you get when you take 100 clear glass windows, 1000 silver bars, 6700 gold bars, and 18,000 marble blocks?

A: A very large wall.

Don't forget its webs.  Which it doesn't have, because titan and forgotten beast webs are broken.  So beware its ... ability to make you wet after you puncture it?

Congratulations, someone has thrown a water balloon at your fortress.

let's hope the water isn't boiling
that would be terribly unfortunate.

It wasn't even a satisfying water balloon.  It left behind two pools of water and a shell weighing 3333 urists.  A dwarf punched the titan so hard his body broke away.

We need to make dwarven water balloons. Any ideas how?

Probably some horrible circumstances where the titan is pressurized superheated water, or composed of pure, uncontaminated water well past it's boiling point. Once that greasy grungy dirty little dwarf get a spec of something on that beast hideous frothing scalding jets spray everywhere.
