Genesis mod: Removing arrows

So, I have this steel arrow stuck in my upper body, (just a flesh-wound), and I can't seem to remove it. I pull it up in {i] and there isn't an option to pull it out.

Anyone know?

Shift+I

Scroll down to the arrow, you should get the option to pull it out from there.
