Causes to Drowsiness

So, I'm travelling around over the "Lovely Desert" (which spans half the world, and I love it. It's so...lovely? Oh my.). And I get drowsy. All the time. Can't go for half a day without a day's worth of sleep.

Can high temperatures or unskilled armour wearing cause increased drowsiness?

Weather, Temperature, Equipment etc all cause you to get tired faster, as they reduce your movement speed, and therefore increase travel time
