Same Civs fighting eachother

How do I mod a civ so that it can fight eachother when multiple of those civs spawn in worldgen?

You don't. There's no known means to do such a thing. You could make multiple copies of the entity definition, in which case it'd be possible for identical civilizations of the same creature to go to war with each other, however. Such wars are somewhat unlikely, though, as the identical entities naturally have identical moral beliefs and practices and so have little reason to war with each other.

Edit: I should mention, though, that multiple entities with very different ethics can still have the same creature reference, in which case you could get willing-to-eat-sapients dwarves going to war with forest-retreat-hippy dwarves.

You can't get the exact same civs fighting, but you can have multiple instances of the same civ, just ram the the number of civs at worldgen way up. As for getting them at war, make multiple civs with the same creature and tech and give them wildly varying beliefs.
