I didn't lose mine when I did. You shouldn't either.

This guy needs to write a biography about Columbus. I would totally buy it.
I can see it now.

AFAIK if you qualify for work-study you already qualified for the Pell Grant, as work study, at least for me, was the more difficult thing to secure.

But even if you don't get work-study there's no reason you can't get a """real""" job on the side. Most employers near campuses are pretty cool about scheduling.

1) Write papers for 50 - 100 each depending on length.
2) Don't get caught.

Seriously though, buying and selling papers is the lifeblood of American university students.

I would be sorely disappointed if you are incentivized to not work by the government. I'd ask a financial aid counselor. Also, buying and selling papers is a bad way to risk losing everything you're working for.

I should probably have my head checked, because I find myself in complete agreement with Nikov.

I was being (half) sarcastic.

I never had to do it myself, but I know certain people who we able to pay their rent and food costs that way, making going to college possible. Obviously it is risky. But, not so risky as taking out a loan at 12%.

There are a lot of places where you can't get even a terrible job if you wanted it. I managed to get one of the few terrible jobs by knowing someone, luckily.

BTW: When I was at said terrible job (food service, minimum wage, sandwiches, nuff said) we had a constant stream of people coming in looking for work. They ran the full spectrum, but what most surprised me was a woman with two degrees from Harvard!
