Blue characters misaligned
« on: June 14, 2008, 05:03:00 pm »

I've been using 38c on a mac for a while now with great success, but I just noticed that each blue character appears one pixel to to the right of where it should. Not easy to notice while playing, but seems bizarre to me.

Do you have an LCD monitor?   If so then it's probably a side effect of the way the crystals are arranged, the blue bits are all the way right:

You could try taking a screenshot of the offending blue characters, then pasting it into a graphics editor and zooming in to see it up close, to find out if the pixels in the screenshot were really misaligned.

My question, do you happen to wear glasses?

It is the monitor. I realized it yesterday morning and felt so stupid, but couldn't get online. Thanks for the help, though.
