I...was just coming into this board to post a thread kind of like this one.  D:

Different enough that I think I'll do it anyway.

I used to get, and enjoy, this constantly. But then someone pointed out that it was probably just deja vu. Which makes complete sense, its very hard to recall dreams from the previous night. And when you do they're not 100% accurate recollections. And dreams have many many meanings when you dream them. So it makes sense that when you have a weird moment of deja vu you assume you've seen/heard/felt it before and it clicks that you dreamt about something like that x days ago.

I used to have those kind of deja vus as well. Always accompanied by a feeling of being pleased or content in some kind of way. Very strange.

I occasionally get Dream Deja Vus in class.

Oh wow, here's an interesting one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D%C3%A9j%C3%A0_vu#Jamais_vu
Quote
Chris Moulin, of the University of Leeds, asked 95 volunteers to write out "door" 30 times in 60 seconds. At the International Conference on Memory in Sydney last week he reported that 68 percent of the volunteers showed symptoms of jamais vu, such as beginning to doubt that "door" was a real word.

But ya, deja vous and similar conditions happen to just about everyone. Neurological funny stuffs: more common than you might think.
