Acid Spit

I wanna make a reaction that you can make in adventure mode that summons a very hot liquid that doesn't boil away, so you can throw it onto enemies and watch them melt. Sadly I don't know how.

first you have to define a new material for the spit. I would recommend just copying something and changing the melting point to something below room temperature, the boiling point to something obscenely high, and add [FIXED_TEMP:YOURTEMPERATUREHERE] Or maybe FIXEDTEMP. not sure. anyway, once you've done that, you need to make a reaction in a file that starts with reaction_somethingorother. then put the new files name at the top of the document, go down two lines, put [OBJECT:REACTION], go down a line, indent, [REACTION:ACIDSPIT] or whatever you want to refer to it as, then put [ADVENTURE_MODE_ENABLED] , go down a line, and put [PRODUCT:100:1:NONE:NONE:INORGANIC:YOURMATERIAL]

It's not spit, but Deon's Genesis mod had aspid dwarves, and their bite turned out to be a bit... overpowered. I think Deon said that it made the bitten creatures spontaneously combust. (he's swapping it out for a GCS poison)

No, I swap aspid dwarves for doom dwarves for now.

In fort mode dwarves don't bite (VERY rarely) so it's more of a flavor thing. And in adventure mode you can become a legendary biter.
