What exactly does it do? Actually, what does grabbing with anything other than your hands do? Is there any point other than if you want to pinch/strangle etc. your enemy? I think it stops them attacking you with the limb you've grabbed, but I'm not sure. In that case, would you have to regrab every turn or what?

I'm new to adventure mode, but it's awesome fun. I've pretty much played it solidly today, along with testing weapon combinations in the arena.
