1. This is a picture of the small group who ventured into the caverns, standing side by side and smiling photogenically. Sally White is standing prominent in the center.
2. This is a picture of the "Head of the Dragon", the entrance to the cavern. Ominous darkness stretches ahead into the entrance, wherein juts toothsome rocks.
3,4, 5.These are a few blurry pictures of a Giant Cave Fisher. It still sort of looks like a rock...with pincers and legs!

With some quick thinking, you snap off one of the thing's legs and use it to splint Joe's cracked shin.  You don't have anything to bind it with, though.

You set to work fixing your leg up.  Things seem to be going fairly quickly, so you refrain from risking your laptop to the dampness inside the cave.

You're not really sure what to be looking for on the monstrous thing.  You do manage to notice, however, that it is not in fact a "rock" creature at all, but a giant bug with a surprisingly brittle shell, making your rock-knowledge irrelevant to this beast.

You continue your work, making slow, ineffectual progress.  Things are starting to look grim.

The great cave lily stops squeezing, and lifts Trent into the air instead, hanging him over its wide-spread flower "head," gullet open and prepared for a meal.

When it drops Trent, however, it misses the mark and lets him fall onto the spongy arch of its neck instead.  Trent is no longer snared.

In your hurry to get the vital kit from the intrepid team leader's pack, you fumble the latch and dump the contents on the ground.  The bandages and flat packs of things like cotton swabs are fine, but the bottles of antiseptics and aspirin go rolling off down the slope, out of sight.

You hear a skittering sound from the direction Sally sent the aspirin rolling off to, the scratching of bug like-legs approaching quickly.

Would you guys like it if I posted specific changes for things like status, health amounts, or inventory additions/losses at the end of the turn posts as well, or just leave them to the first posts to be checked as you will?)

(Hmm, good question. After thinking about it, I'm for posting it; it makes it easier to keep up with.)

Relieved for the reprieve, even if just for the moment, Trent looks for a fast escape route from the giant lily and prepares himself to run for it.

After all player actions, Sally leads the team back to the fork and takes the alternate route-the one where our lost member had to of gone!OR
If the group wants to fight, I lead them in a battle charge toward the supposed enemies!

OOC: I trust everyone agrees? Staying here means another fight, and I'd rather we don't get into many fights a man down! On the other hand, we could recover my fumbled medical supplies
