This should speak for itself. In case it doesn't... he's trying to drink from the frozen river, fails, and spams "path not found." Yay!

Do we know he's trying to drink from the frozen river?  Is he drink from a well offscreen and the ice is thin?

There's still a bug in either case.  If it was really unlucky he chose his drink location and then the ice froze afterward and he became stranded.  Hard to tell, but probably fixable either way.
