Building removal shortcut
« on: June 03, 2008, 09:39:00 pm »

If a structure (not construction) is partially removed [X] and the dwarf stops working for some reason, you can cancel removing it , but now it has to be partially rebuilt.
However, you cannot suspend the rebuilding, but you can instantly remove said building by hitting the cancel construction [X] button, returning all your resources.

This can be exploited with buildings that take a long time to deconstruct, or if they take require specialized labor and the dwarf(s) that supply(s) said labor is busy.
I have tested this bug with paved roads, bridges, workshops, and vertical axles. I hope it reproduces for someone besides me.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that'll reproduce.  I'll have to force them to deconstruct partially erected buildings at some point.
