Dwarven Lumberjack? doubles as a gobbo remover AND a mobile fortress!

Making it mobile is impossible, but otherwise... go for it!
The gun should pour magma, like in any good dwarven megaproject... the "mouth" could be either an arena (may be able to drop stuff through the floor) or a balcony for the kings rooms.

an arena as well as an execution chamber.  The small turrets around the mouth should allow for goblins to be dropped.  The saw has to be cotton candy of course.

This is a useful feature..and this is DF.. so im gonna assume its bugged
That's what cages and minecart shotguns are for!  We don't need to control them.  We just need to aim them.

yeah, a friend of mine got me playing Dawn of War.. watched him take down imperial guardsmen, with the arm of the imperator titan.. later, he showed me that picture, and then both of us started babbling 'dwarven lumberjack' at each other. good stuff. ^_^

go ahead, i'm not really confident enough in my megaproject skills. you -might- have to race my friend, though, if his game stops bugging. (he has llamas that scare berserk people into being nobles. and also can turn merchants into berserkers into nobles as soon as they appear. also, his horses all became melancholy and met the bottom of a lake the hard way. -blink-)
