Pressing 'r' on the 'u' screen shows 'inactive'

When you press 'r' on the 'u' screen, the game creates a new line with "Inactive" and the job that was cancelled.

Here is something I hope is not intentional:  Many jobs or kinds of jobs cannot be canceled.  An example is at least some "put item in bin".

Yeah, I've never understood why "stockpile" jobs can be canceled, but "bin" jobs simply cannot be.
