Firefox Issues

I just downloaded a firefox update, and now certain sites crash my browser. Including:

Yahoo

Youtube

TVTropes

Also, Internet Explorer and, oddly, TF2 have bugged up too. I've tried multiple virus scans, which found nothing.

Any advice?

Mozilla really wants to you to download the new Flash when you update Firefox, for what thats worth. Doesn't seem to account for much of the other stuff, though.
