D-fend is a nice front end for dos-box.now "d-fend reloaded" I think.

where can i get a download copy of DK2 for cheap? I dont see it on GOG or Steam.

I don't see it for purchase anywhere, sadly. You might have to acquire it some other way or simply empty your pockets on amazon or something. If there was a GOG version I would buy it so hard their servers would fall over.
