Campus? Looks like the projects to me.
This is nowhere near the projects. It's just some apartments with some dispute. If it were the projects they would be fighting in an alley next to a skyscraper, not on some nice lawns for some lower middle-class housing community. I've lived in places that looked worse than that with this never happening, and I've seen this happen at some decent housing communities. It's just a common dispute.
