Explosions question

For example, we have a barrel of booze and a stockpile of garbage around it. Then we drop magma on the barrel, and it explodes.
Will the garbage around it burn? And will it be moved by the shock wave?

In a word. No.
I believe it was tested and found that booze does not burn, it simply bursts into a cloude of boiling booze.

*sigh* I was thinking about burning lignite mugs distributed over surface from high tower... too bad.  :(
