How you got your powers: When his left hand was burnt badly by an experimental welder, it unlocked parts of him inside him that he did not know about.
Backstory: Born into a large family, Deron was ignored for the whole of his young life, during which, he made himself in the darker side of the law. 10 years on and Deron works for the local Mafia, but is looking to making his own way. With the help of some ever so helpful friends, that is. He also had his left hand badly burnt after it was burnt badly by an experimental welder, when he was doing a job. He is currently at home, resting to aid the healing of his hand

How you got your powers: A super somehow detonated themselves near me. I woke up to the feeling of their energies being drawn into me and felt a sensation of emulating them. After I recovered I was attuned to the power I had felt and could emulate all manner of people.

General Personality: Absolute control freak, but extremely suave and classy to make up for it. has a love of Frank Sinatra and Sinatra-esque music, and will go to comically absurd lengths to acquire copies of it. Is frighteningly eloquent when angry, but otherwise prefers to speak in short, simple sentences to make sure not even the dumbest goon could misunderstand his orders.

How you got your powers: A magical set of cards
Backstory: Jack is an up-and-coming mobster in the city, having spent the last few years climbing his way up the ladder to a respectable position somewhere in the middle. Recently, his family invaded the home of a local magician hero who had gotten in the way of their last few crimes. Not expecting their arrival, the sorcerer died quickly and quite painfully. While looting the house, Jack came across a seemingly innocent set of cards. He always loved playing blackjack as a kid, so he pocketed them as a bit of a reward for his role in the attack. He figured no one would miss the cards.

lost of practice doesn't seem to be very well defined with relation to the powers, but I assume that it is basically a super personality power, you can compel and intimidate people to an unnatural extent, have experience operating in dark conditions, and the welder was producing an experimental plasma induction field that melded with your hand's bio-electric field and imbued it with the ability to generate and project fireballs...
Although it is a bit of a conflict with newly discovered powers and building skills over time, although you may not have realised their full potential until you spent time in contemplation recovering from the burns.
