The whistling I did isn't actually whistling in the song. I just did it with whistling in an attempt to get the tune correct.

I think I managed to get it unstuck by listening to the first couple second of every song from several CD's in an attempt to find the song.

Well, perhaps you can tell us WHEN you started humming/whistling/whatever this unknown song?
Main Genre you listen to? Or the Genre of the song?
Does it get techno, or is it a drum solo?

I won't be much help, as I listen to Alternative/Punk Rock/Some Metal Bands here.
