Simple alarm program?

You may remember that I complained about my chickens eating cat food, well now I'd like an alarm program so I know when to lock them up. I've been getting awfully ignorant lately...

No, I don't remember, but I would recommend a watch.

Alternatively, on windows, you could probably arrange a scheduled task that opens a sound file at a specified time.

I totally forgot I wear a watch almost 24/7. That'll do.
