Size: Grams or cm cubed?
« on: October 09, 2010, 08:46:16 am »

The wiki is pretty vague on this topic, and I haven't seen it brought up with any certainty. Is the unit measurement for size in the raws the rough mass in grams or the rough volume in centimetres cubed?

That makes sense, as cm3 is a direct measurement of size. (Mass could then, theoretically, be derived from the size anyway, thanks to the LIQUID_DENSITY and SOLID_DENSITY tags on the creatures' component materials.)

Creatures of the same size can have a wildly varying mass, so it would have to be a volume.
