Make "View profile" (z) appear on all View Uni

Currently to see a dwarf's profile you have to switch to the (p)ref screen before you can hit z to see their profile.  The profile should really be accesssible from all screens.

Another tiny bug: "He receive (sic) food recently."  And there's the occasional space between the end of the sentence and the period, but that's more complicated than fixing a typo, I gather.

I've fixed the typo.  I'm not sure about the period spacing -- I've generalized bug 153 to mention it.  I guess it introduces spaces in improper places sometimes, in general.

It looks like you have the game use "full justification" on those screens, only the period gets treated as its own word instead of being treated as part of the word at the end of the sentence.
