I am not sure if it's there in the other versions.

My sheriff want a weapon rack and a armorstand...
He got about 10 now... still in the menu he got 0.
Can this be handled by making a custom armor weapon stockpile and put in his room?

Did you uild them? Otherwise, I have no idea what the problem is.

He wants them either in his bedroom or in his workroom.

They are in his combined bed and workroom... and yes they are built. Maybe they are more picky about rooms now so they have to be separated?

Are you sure the weapon racks and armor stands are under the flashing X around the bed/chair? I haven't had a problem with assigning them racks and stands in either of those versions, though I have had a problem with forgetting to resize the rooms properly from time to time.
