Kind of weird. Whenever i try to open up the wiki (yes i know it's down, but i didn't know for how long until i saw the main page), theres a little present decided to wait for me. Octet-stream application? Whats that gotta do with the downed wiki? Hacking maybe?

The webserver is barfing instead of sending HTML. This stuff happens.

That's simply the server deciding that, since it can't find an open stream for the backend, to send you what it wanted to send the backend instead.

It's a very giving server.
