"Pet" cats don't get named

I've noticed that cats no longer seem to receive names when they claim a dwarf.  The dwarves need to have SOMETHING to call them by, even if they don't necessarily come when called.

I let the dwarves name the first two, then I just call the rest *mittens* (or sometimes -boots-).
