Pretty simple: what's the best deal you've gotten trying to deal with shopkeepers? They don't always have the most logical prices, so it's ripe for your exploiting.

Currently, I am in a town where the shopkeepers will pay you a copper piece for every handful/armful/whoever much is a standard units of snow, even though it's winter and snow is in literally covering everywhere. Their physical descriptions don't mention them having missing legs, so I'm just assuming they're too damn lazy to step one foot out of their own doors and just picking this crap up.

I got a free silver sword - I picked up the sword, killed the shopkeeper, and now its mine. 

In all seriousness though, i got a full Cardinal Leather outfit in exchange for a gold whip.
