[40d]New immigrant getting possessed doesn't do anything

When a new immigrant in that idling mode that starts initially gets possessed, he just stands there and does nothing.

He's a bowyer, and I think I had a bowyer's workshop at the time. Not 100% sure because I built it around the time he arrived.

That's what they do if the workshop they want isn't around. The other common confusion arises when a metalworking dwarf won't go to your magma workshops, because he wants a standard wood-fired forge, glass furnace, etc.
