Adventure retire bug?
« on: October 06, 2007, 09:38:00 am »

I played a dwarven adventure. He was pretty good. So after awile, i retired him, in his hometown. I played dwarf fortres for a while. Then my dwarfs dug to deep. I want use my mighty dwarven adventure, to kill the demon. So i played him again. But he was not in his home town, net even in a dwarf town! He was moved to some human town far away from his home civ. Is this a bug or can your retire hero move to a other town?

Did your dwarf become affiliated with a human town (by doing quests) during the course of an adventure?  If that's the case, the dwarf might decide to live in human towns instead.

Yeah, it doesn't search specifically for known towns at this point.  I guess the dwarf just got used to living with humans.
