Naw, Comic Relief Bear is just a friendly bear. This is just the first time we met him.
Greet client. Introduce Comic Relief Bear.
You greet the man. You decide to introduce him to the bear, which seems to make the man a little... nonplussed. The bear grunts at him, and returns to picking grass with it's teeth.
You lead the man inside, and he puts his payment on the table. a small sack of gold and one fish. You ask him what he wants you to do.
He says that it's complicated. You remind him that you can't help if you don't know what the problem is. He still keeps his mouth tight. You remind him that you're taking his payment anyways. He stays reluctand. You mention the bear casually. The man breaks.
He tells you his story through sobs and pleas to not feed him to your bear.
He says that he had a crush on a girl for a while now. He wanted her so bad, he set her tent on fire. You interupt and ask how exactly this was a good idea to get her to like him. He says he has no idea why he did it, only that at the time setting her house on fire seemed a surefire way to making her love him. You smack him. He says thank you.
After lighting her house on fire, it seems that he found himself in a bit of a conundrum. You see, after her father rushed out of the tent in a blaze of brilliant
anger fire, he managed to rescue the man. Sort of. He needs your help treating the burns. He says the fish is for you to try and get the girl to love him. You tell him that magic can't do miricles and he'd better find a girl to love that didn't have a horribly burnt father.
He leaves. You're alone with Bear and although you have a bunch of general herbs about your hut, none of them are good enough to treat severe burns from being
totally pissed on fire. You'll have to go out into the valley and gather a set of herbs to make your patented
Shaman brand fire-burn Owie-Wowie Ointment!unfortunately you used the last bottle on some idiot who tried to retrive his meat from the firepit while it was still cooking. Your smiling face still looks up at you from the trash-can, mocking you.
