Has anyone made a stick figure tileset?
« on: August 24, 2010, 03:16:55 pm »

I couldn't find one...

Like one on a white background.  Maybe differentiate between the stick figures with color and shape changes (Like have dwarves be squat and black, elves be tall with large ears and yellow, goblins be skinny and green, etc.).  Have look as if someone doodled all over a piece of paper.  I think it could work well personally, but I'm not sure how to go about making one.  Has anyone else done one before?

The problem I can see with this is that you'd need fairly high resolution stick figures to make things look distinctive enough, and that would mean you would require a HUGE monitor to see much of anything

If you colored coded stuff then it might now be that bad.  Have a green stickman with his head colored in green would be easily recognizable as a goblin.  That sort of thing.

Animals on the other hand might be harder since there is a lot of them...

Doing a Kingdom of Loathing-inspired tileset might be fun.  The resolution is probably too low, but maybe I'll get back to you.
