Wood units stuck outdoors?
« on: September 20, 2007, 03:07:00 pm »

I had a bunch of tree's chopped down outside the fort but none of my dwarves are picking up the wood and putting them in the stockpile inside.

Dwarves are set to go outdoors and there are plenty with no current jobs.

Only thing I can think of is I just went through a goblin siege where I set dwarves to stay indoors. Is there possibly a bug with the orders system and wood?

Orders and options screen has a wood selection too. If it's disabled, dwarves won't haul wood.

Or, are the doors outdoors locked? I assume not but it's always a possibility.

And finally, is the stockpile that recieves wood full, or nonexistant?

I've done the exact same thing twice with stone gathering, so don't feel too bad   :p

How much wood would a wood hauler haul if a wood hauler could haul wood?

*ducks*
