Find my old fortress? I have to memorize where it is in the map, or is there a way to quickly find a fortress that I once controlled?
Also sorry If I am not clear my native language is not english.

You pretty much have to memorize where it is.  Alternatively, you could do "play now" and start in your fortress as a human, stark naked and with no skills.

If you remember the general area that it was in, you could ask people in close by towns. Ask them about the surroundings or something.

If you export the world map from legends after abandoning you can use it to find your way back as long as you can find your fort on the map.  If you do it immediately after abandoning, a 'Play Now!' adventurer will start in your old fort.

though careful when doing 'Play Now'!, because hUmans can't wear dwarven armor/clothing.

If you go to the quest log with shift+q, I'm pretty sure all your old fortresses are listed under the sites list...I know mine were, then you just select it and zoom to it.

I usually do the Re-embark thing, can't remember the command now, but one of them lets you play in an old fort, I then quit out once I know the location.

I beleive that is the (R)eclaim button that does that.
