Urist McPlayer cancels Make 200-Dwarf Fort: needs FPS.

Do we know the minimum population for sieges, nobility, and other population-dependent events in .31? I'm trying to make as small a fort as possible without missing anything.

Sieges are as they were (~60?).

Population requirements for nobles with the LAND_HOLDER tag (barons, counts, dukes) are set to 20. Seems it's all about wealth now.

Is there any way to alter this in the init file or raws?

Yeah. In the ENTITY:EVIL entry in entity_default.txt you'll find a series of "progress_trigger" tags. They're pretty self-explanatory, and you'll just need to set any/all of them to 1 and they should show up as soon as possible; 2 and they should siege at about the same time as normal ambushes start.
