Hmm. So Anti-Ninja could mean simply being the counter, or it could mean being the opposite (which could also be the counter).

Facts about ninjas:

1. Ninjas are mammals.
2. Ninjas fight ALL the time.
3. The purpose of the ninja is to flip out and kill people.

So the facts about anti-ninjas must be:

1. Anti-ninjas are reptiles.
2. Anti-ninjas NEVER fight.
3. The purpose of the anti-ninja is to remain calm and hug people.

I'd say a ninja would win in a fight.

Anti-ninjas are ninjas made out of anti-matter.

Duh.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I don't think a 20 on a save is a auto save.

Actually, it is.

How would you describe that save, though? "You dodge so fast, you break through the fabric of reality and escape the explosion into the astral plane"?

Huh. The more you know.

I wonder, is 60-70 kilograms of anti-matter enough to blow up a planet anyway?

That is like 6300000000000000000?

I do not know if that is enough to blow up the earth.

On the other hand DnD worlds tend to be much smaller, to the point where I think a guy managed to get them all the fit (with some approximation) on a map with the area of earth.

Edit: On the other hand I know nothing about any of this.

Edit 2: According to Google it takes 2.2 x 1032, much more then the 6300000000000000000 we have.

Edit 3: Der de der x2 not ^2 I was right the first time.

Edit 4: Therefor it will take 2500000000000 tones of anti-matter. (Error factor 1000%)

Depends on what you mean by 'Blow Up the Earth'. It would depend on how much and how it was used. React the entire mass of Earth? Or create a giant hole in the crust and cause catastrophic tectonics and volcanism? Or strip the atmosphere? Knock out of orbit?

And as for saves, a cruel smart DM would go,  "You dodge so fast, you break through the fabric of reality and escape the explosion into the astral plane. Now roll to avoid being torn apart by the forces around you. Now roll to avoid suffocation. Now roll to avoid being splattered on a Githyanki God-Isle. Now roll to avoid being detected by an Illithid Elder Brain. Now roll to avoid realising the futility of existence when faced with entropy. Now roll to..."

Ah but that is something I did take into account with my post. The fact of the matter is that it will take 35714285714286 anti-matter ninjas to blow up the earth to the point where it will not comeback together. I don't think one will be that big a deal.
