Why are the winds happy?

I have embarked on a forest area and it said "Joyous winds" for the biome when I embarked.What the hell does it mean?

Might have been "Joyous Wilds"

Sounds like Savage and Good biomes.

There are elephants everywhere  :D (edit)Yes it is a good but savage biome,the question is:What the hell should I do to these unicorns?
