Man, adventure mode is buggy as hell.

First off:

The second bug has to be seen, pictures won't work.

Generally, that kind of stuff is caused by bogus data when you have an 'unfortunate program fault' before you save a game.

Those are actually a pair of Hammerdwarves. They were the last survivors of my...uh...creatively successful attack on a Goblin Fortress.

Fun Fact: The one at top lost an eye, and the one on bottom has no toes.
