So I find the high priest for the civ I'm generated into.
It is a human priest, but their title is "High Ooze".

What?

"It is Said that The Stagnant Pool of The Famous Larva-Abbey can allow one to experience muck for the glory of Fiva Perfectape The Influential Justice" (a hydra we all apparently worship now. Our law giver is a Lizard Demon - The Phantom of Death, can I worship It instead?)

I think Toady's been doing a bit of work on the religious dynamic.

This is interesting... I presume that certain spheres give certain hardcoded titles. I suppose the ideal is that such titles can be generated as the symbol is chosen (a bit like the way names are generated right now), but as with many of these elements, I doubt Toady's gotten round to it yet (as it pretty much works the way it is). Then again, I might be wrong and it might be more advanced than I think.

It gets Stranger! The temple in the next town over (Worshipping the same Hydra) has a High Drum.  This one's "The Sanctum of Rights", which hardly sounds like it was named from the same pool of words as Larva-Abbey

Actually, make that "high drum", no caps.

EDIT: and town #3 has "first louse"

Depends on what spheres that hydra was associated with. For all we know it might just be picking one of the appropriate spheres for each temple.
