Custom adventurer races
« on: August 04, 2010, 09:40:56 pm »

I've trawled the internet and couldn't find such a list, so I wanted to start a compilation of custom adventurer races that you have put together; partly to give insight into how different tags work, and partly to have a nice library of playable races on hand. If you feel like posting it in this thread, go for it, and giving a short description of what it actually is in game would probably help.

Hope I haven't duplicated a thread here, but I didn't find anything in my searches.

You're only partially correct. You can't initially play as goblins, and note that the civ in question doesn't actually have to exist. You can make a civ for, say, bronze colossuses, give them the [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE] tag so they'll be adventuerer-controllable, but also give them no biome tags - the civ will never exist once you generate a world, as it won't ever be able to find a spot to settle in, but via the "Play Now!" function in Adventure mode, you'll be able to create a bronze colossus adventurer.

But yeah, I don't really have anything to contibute at the moment.
