more weird naming involving frezzing

built a fort and set up a millstone with a axle and a waterwheel. it all goes fine until the river freezes over.

I don't see what the problem is?  It's just letting you know that an attached mechanical part is encased in ice, which will prevent the whole thing from working.

"Here" is when the part you are currently viewing is frozen, and "elsewhere" is when another part (i.e. not the one you're viewing) connected to the same machine is frozen.
