Urist never planned for it to happen, but he felt he should do it alone.

18th slate:
Today I've started to kill the others. I've locked two up underground so they can suffocate. After they're gone I'll be able to put a few more down there. I'm trying to find a faster way though. Soon these people will eat up all my food and drink all my booze. I'm working on a farm, so at least I won't run out of food.

6th felsite:
Today another two dwarves are trapped. It's hard to lock them up without my Yummy food pets getting in the way. Luckily they'll give up and die soon.
It seems I forgot a slope and these two escaped. It doesn't matter, they'll be gone soon enough.

19th Hematite:
Today two dwarves have died. Only four more to go.
Some Migrants have arrived. Just adds to the list of the people to kill.

22nd Hematite:
three more dwarves trapped. But these ones get to spend it with a dead dwarf.
