Anyways, 17 here and the libido still wont stop, always caused problems with girls;can't think straight while walking down the hall. Either way find a girl whos feeling the same and keep it in control, worked for me sorta, just um don't do anything stupid or hurt any girls you care about.
Oh and don't ever feel self-conscious about acne, It's finally passing by for me (I had mild acne on my face, and sometimes it got bad on my back after activity), just wash alot when your done sweating. or try a few creams?
All in all it wasn't hard. But that's my opinion, good luck.

I took accutane for my acne, before all these infomercials about the different colon problems it can cause. If it ever gets safer-ish, and you feel you really need it, I'd recommend it. I went from looking like Two-Face to completely clear. The worst sort of 'breakout' I get no is reddening in the area without any zits or bumps.

I had already decided that middleschool and highschool romances were a bad idea considering the other crap I was dealing with, so it wasn't a big deal. I didn't have any plans on moving beyond the friend zone.

Funny, I didn't care about girls that much till I went to university at 18. Before that I did feel attracted girls, I just didn't consider dating them or anything.

It sounds like you're already intelligent enough not to take the changes in your thought processes as read, so you're probably in the clear. As much as it sucks (and parts of it will absolutely suck) you aren't going to change as a person and you aren't going to develop into some kind of acnefied voice-cracking freak. In short, the more you obsess over it the more you're likely to stress yourself into even worse acne (protip: if possible, swim in salt water. swimming pools sort of count). The whole process is only confusing if you let it be--incidentally, a bit of endocrinology is very useful in understanding it. It's not a huge change, really.
