Probably. I've never tried taming invader mounts, but that would seem like a logical result. The dwarves probably wouldn't trust a creature that had been raised by goblins to kill dwarves.

Something's broken with cages. I had a dwarf go crazy and get caught in a cage, and I could never take him out. Even after he died. I've also had creatures that could not be removed, but I can't remember the source.

I think in the instance of caught dwarves you would need to do what you do with goblins caught in traps. They are essentially hostiles now so build there cage and attach a lever and let him out.... Then kill him.
